Your Positive Life Plan is built step-by-step and contains 24 personal development self-study modules, taking around 2hrs each.
Following an introduction to the programme, a brief review of your goals, passions and interests, you’ll explore your skills and talents, and assess those that you should develop to achieve your goals and aims.
Using a Wheel of Life model, you’ll explore your future plans more deeply, along with your values/commitment. You'll then look at your personality type, as well as your inner self-talk and critic. Finally you'll explore your personal motivations and drivers.
You’ll explore events/situations that have had an impact on you, and the mindset created by these, childhood influences and influencers and what fixed mindsets/beliefs may have been created and the impact.
Then you’ll piece all this inner self-discovery together and create your life story script. A detailed script and review of your life to-date, involving the characters and events of significant influence in it, as well as the impact these may have had on you.
Next, the future and positive change. You'll explore how to unlock your FULL potential, using a range of tried and tested tools and techniques, learning how best to create a positive growth mindset.
Then you'll explore being more aware and mindful, how to create empowering emotions and positive beliefs, how to overcome limiting ones and fears, how to deal with non-positive triggers and cues, and how to overcome indecision and take action.
Finally you’ll review all insights and learning so far, reflecting on what you have discovered. Next you'll rewrite your life story script in a way that empowers you and create a positive manifesto for yourself.
Then you'll detail the exact next steps to be taken, along with your detailed action and support mechanisms required to support long-lasting change.
